A Pop-Up Agency
P.O.P. stands for Place of Opportunity Program. This means that we serve clients anywhere that is convenient and accessible to them. This could be in a home, office, school, after-school program, hotel, etc. It also means that we provide the materials (e.g., yoga mats, props, playsheets, candles, sound therapy supplies).
We have curated a team of the most talented and knowledgeable thought leaders to create cross-sector and collaborative education through yoga, mindfullness, transcendental meditation, health & fitness, and compassionate learning techniques.
We know that it feels good to feel good. Our desired results are based on increasing positive emotions such as joy and tenacity and leaving you feeling prepared to face the day with a positive self-image. Secondary results such as weight loss and toning are considered but are not the focus of our programs.
We believe values make the world a better place, and help us wake up every morning with a purpose! Our primary value is H.O.P.E. which stands for Health Outcomes of Positive Experience. It is proven that the mind, body, and soul are interconnected and we want to help you find the value of a holistic approach to health..

Yoga Connections is a collection of “pop-up” yoga programs that can be taught in any existing facility or space. Our goal is to introduce the practice of yoga as it was originally intended – as the physical practice (the asanas) being only an entry point of an 8 limbed path to enlightenment that includes:
Yamas: Universal morality
Niyamas: Personal observances
Asanas: Body postures
Pranayama : Breathing exercises, and control of prana
Pratyahara : Control of the senses
Dharana : Concentration and cultivating inner perceptual awareness
Dhyana : Devotion, Meditation on the Divine
Samadhi : Union with the Divine
